We would like to introduce a machining example of a resin cutting product using ABS and POM, called the "Wire Dome." This piece was machined from a raw material measuring 83mm × 53mm × 43mm, and to increase the difficulty of the cutting process, a needle-like shape with a height of 10mm was expressed on a φ0.5mm wire dome.
