The "DPASS Poseidon" is an emergency earthquake alert receiver that notifies the expected arrival time of S-waves (main shock) at the installation address after observing the P-waves (initial tremors) following an earthquake. It supports multiple languages (Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, French, Spanish) and displays the expected seismic intensity and time until impact on an LCD screen in sync with the audio announcements during earthquake alerts, showing the epicenter on a map of Japan. Additionally, this product can be connected to existing broadcasting equipment to issue alerts, making it highly effective in facilities where many people gather.
