The "QC-711M/L" is a salt spray testing machine used to measure the corrosion resistance of surface-treated parts such as plating, painting, and anodizing. It accelerates corrosion with a mist of saltwater to evaluate corrosion resistance in a short time. There are three types of saltwater used in salt spray testing: neutral salt spray test, acetic acid salt spray test, and CASS test. The test specimen should be placed in the test chamber either vertically suspended or at an angle of 15 to 30 degrees, ensuring a spacing of at least 20mm between specimens.
