Low Voltage Smart Power Meter B Route Compatible Main Unit Specifications "ECOGate-WS" is a controller for low voltage smart power meters. It has the capability to acquire power consumption data via the "B Route" information communication method of Wi-SUN communication equipped in low voltage smart power meters. The collected data can be obtained via Modbus-TCP. The acquired data can be utilized for energy management services, demand monitoring, and electricity sales calculation, among others. It is also compatible with the second generation of low voltage smart power meters that will be installed sequentially starting in 2025.

The digital information of electric power and other data from high-voltage smart meters used in factories and large-scale business establishments is collected in real-time via Route B and sent to a cloud server. By utilizing application software on the server side, we will build an energy management system that visualizes power consumption and monitors demand. ■ System Configuration The system consists of an IoT gateway "LXG-600" that acquires power data in accordance with the ECHONET Lite standard from high-voltage smart meters and can communicate via FTP/MQTTS over the LTE network, a 4G-compatible mobile communication network, and IoT platforms such as AWS along with power monitoring applications. When controlling on-site air conditioning units and outdoor units using demand values, device control via the MQTTS protocol is possible. Note that customization to comply with the Modbus specifications of each manufacturer is required for controlling air conditioning units and similar devices. The "F2L Assist-SS-A" is an LTE-compatible adapter equipped with an RS-232C protocol converter that incorporates NTT Docomo's LTE communication module UM05-SS. Since it can be used with a flat-rate plan, you can utilize it for a fixed monthly fee. It features RS-232C protocol conversion, allowing for a wide range of applications such as switching from FOMA/PHS to LTE. Main Features: ■ IoT Plan Compatible It can utilize the IoT plans offered by NTT Docomo. ■ High-Speed Communication It supports LTE communication with a maximum of 10 Mbps for receiving and 5 Mbps for transmitting. Built-in Module: UM05-SS (NTT Docomo) (The maximum speed may vary depending on the radio environment in the installation area.) ■ RS-232C Protocol Conversion Function Data received from the RS-232C port is encapsulated into TCP/IP and UDP/IP and sent to the designated center. Additionally, TCP/IP and UDP/IP data received from the center has its header removed and is output to the RS-232C port without any procedures.
