We would like to introduce a case where a chemical manufacturing company that produces resist liquid has implemented an integrated filling capper for high-purity chemical solutions. The customer required equipment for the production of prototype resist liquid in the pre-sales stage due to the construction of a new building for research and development. Although it was for prototype manufacturing, the customer's requirements were high, similar to those for equipment used in actual production, and new functions were added to maintain unprecedented levels of cleanliness.
