We would like to introduce a case study involving the sensors from Hentsu that we handle. Landfills that do not control gas emissions are a major factor contributing to the increase in methane gas emissions globally. Releasing methane not only increases the risk of fire but also the risk of explosion, and even in very small amounts, it can cause health issues. Hentsu's thermal sensors are suitable for measuring gas mass flow. If the gas composition is known, gas mass flow can be measured directly using the principle of calorimetry. Additionally, Hentsu's vane-type sensors are suitable for measuring actual flow rates. They can measure even in narrow pipes and at low flow rates.
