This new adhesive bonding solution has been developed as a product suitable for automation, redefining tape, shortening manufacturing process tact time, simplifying process equipment, and providing sustainable solutions. It exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates, allowing bonding with little to no pretreatment, and features re-strippability, enabling clean removal during part repair or recycling. Depending on the substrate, it requires little to no surface treatment and quickly develops initial strength. This versatile material can be adjusted in width and thickness, and can be applied to corners without wrinkles or gaps, providing airtightness and waterproofing as needed. It is possible to apply the substrate immediately after coating or to apply it after cooling with a liner. With re-strippability, the tape can be cleanly removed from parts by pulling, allowing for recycling and reuse of components. It demonstrates excellent adhesion to difficult-to-bond plastics such as metal, glass, rubber, and PP, as well as fabrics, non-woven materials, and even slight oil surfaces. This material does not require special storage or curing.
