The "500 Style Pump," an air-driven diaphragm pump from Chuo Rika, is a high-maintenance, high-cleanability pump that leverages the characteristics of our product, the One Nut Pump, which can be assembled and disassembled with just one nut. The One Nut Pump 500 Style has all wetted parts made of resin, allowing it to pump various acids and chemicals, including paints, dyes, and chemical agents. With the disassembly of just the main nut, it provides access to the interior of the diaphragm while still connected to the piping, enabling quick maintenance. The main materials of the resin pump include polypropylene, PVC, and PTFE.

We are transporting chemicals that cannot be transferred using mainly stainless steel pumps with our resin pumps. Our one-nut pump has the same air supply pressure and discharge pressure, making it a design with fewer accidents due to overpressure of hazardous chemicals during discharge. In the unlikely event that the diaphragm breaks, options such as alarms and double diaphragm systems are available to prevent leakage to the outside of the pump. With ATEX certification, it can also be used in explosion-proof facilities, and since it is entirely air-driven, it is a safe pump. ■ All wetted parts are made of resin (polypropylene/PVC/PTFE, etc.) ■ Self-priming and suction lift (dry: 3.6m, wet: 8.0m) ■ Temperature: up to +80℃ ■ Discharge flow rate: up to approximately 908L/min (various pump sizes available) ■ Pipe connections: 1/2” to 3” threads, flanges, etc. (please consult us).
