Automation examples: multiple processes such as leak testing, appearance inspection, and packaging.
Not just one process, but by automating various processes, we can achieve even greater effects.
Originally, it was a consultation for automating visual inspections, but it has been consolidated into multiple processes. For the products on the pallets flowing from the conveyor: - Removal of caps attached to the products - Return of pallets - Transportation - Leak testing - Sorting of leak test results (OK/NG) - Handling - Visual inspection (top, bottom, and outer surfaces) (multiple area cameras + line cameras) - Sorting of visual inspection results (OK/NG) - Oil application - Packing into designated shipping pallets The above multiple processes have been automated. We have pursued high-speed inspection processes and stabilization of inspections (especially leak tests). Since the processes span multiple areas, we cannot list them all, but we completed the project through multiple meetings and confirmations. With various achievements in inspection equipment and based on our experience in complex automation, we aim for various approaches. Please feel free to consult or inquire.

Company information
We are a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of dedicated machines, including press-fitting and testing/measurement devices, as well as robots. Regarding press-fitting, we have developed our own testing equipment that can provide numerical suggestions, such as load, even in the prototype stage, and we accept various consultations that include specifications and design issues. With the aim of proposing solutions to "customer challenges and concerns," we have seen a demand for automation in press-fitting machines and inspection devices in recent years. For example: - Equipment that includes loading and unloading (packaging) for press-fitting devices - Inspection of products from all directions (automation of visual inspection) To respond more precisely to these needs, we have introduced robots in-house, evolving our role from mere transportation to verifying and proposing changes to the work itself. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding the pros and cons of "sometimes with robots, sometimes without." In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to multiple product compatibility and weight limitations in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
