As a 'rescue food' during fasting plans! A case study from the reopening.
In conjunction with the renewal opening of First Cabin Ichigaya, we planned to offer smoothies as one of the services for guests, and we assisted with the introduction of our smoothie sales business service "Smoothie Package." Guests at this facility can experience the "First Fasting - Aoki-style 1-hour fasting plan," where smoothies are provided as "rescue food" during fasting periods. Since almost all the kitchen facilities necessary for smoothie provision were already installed at the facility, we were able to smoothly introduce smoothies at low cost, in a short period, and without any design construction.
