We would like to introduce a case where our smoothies were implemented at Mizukoshi Hakimono Store located in the Chuo Ward of Fukuoka City, in the Karujinmachi area. For the introduction of the smoothies, we renovated a part of the store that was originally a back yard into a kitchen space and installed a takeout window facing the shopping street. The cooking and sales area is only about 2 tsubo (approximately 6.6 square meters), but it has been transformed into a space that makes efficient use of the area and allows for smooth operations.
