Manufacturing pet food focused on ingredients/nutrition is possible! Ultra-high pressure extrusion molding.
We provide comprehensive support from the development of ingredients for pet food focused on allergy measures and nutrients to processing!
Our company specializes in ultra-high-pressure extrusion molding suitable for pet food processing. When considering the production of small lots or specialty pet food, do you face any of the following challenges? - You were told that production is not possible due to small lot sizes... - Mixing multiple ingredients does not yield successful molding... - The material is too hard/too soft for extrusion molding... Our ultra-high-pressure molding technology, leveraging ceramics manufacturing techniques, accommodates various viscosities, moisture levels, and mixed materials, allowing us to shape the pet food you desire. Additionally, we not only perform processing but also handle the formulation and blending of raw materials for molding in-house. If you are struggling with the production of original pet food, please feel free to consult with us. *For more details, please download our materials or contact us through our website.

Our company was founded in 1887 (Meiji 20) in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, a town known for its ceramics industry, as Yamato Ceramics. In 1957 (Showa 32), we relocated to our current location as Maruwai Yano Ceramics Co., Ltd., where we conducted further research on product materials and molding methods, leading to the production of items such as firing tubes, electric resistance bobbins, and insulators. Furthermore, we offer a variety of materials to meet all industrial needs, including alumina, magnesia, steatite, mullite, cordierite, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, and zirconia. In response to the increasing demand for ultra-high temperatures, we manufacture heat-resistant and insulating parts for industrial and household equipment, including insulators for electric heaters, using various materials.
