At the chemical manufacturer, when trying to operate the outdoor blower motors, the leakage circuit breaker would trip, preventing operation. While predictive maintenance is necessary, there were challenges such as the effort required due to the presence of multiple blowers. Therefore, we introduced our "IRS-9500 (main unit)." Once a week, we create a timing for all blowers to stop and conduct a collective measurement. If any measurements fall below the pre-set threshold, an abnormal output is sent to the PLC, and a notification is sent to the office. Additionally, using the setup tool (software included with the main unit), it is possible to check the historical data of each blower and understand degradation trends.
