Replacement for damaged hose! High-strength sanitary swivel joint.
In the transportation line of food packaging machinery (testing equipment), there was a process for drawing up paste-like raw materials from a drum tube. A flexible hose was adopted for drawing from the drum tube, but during an in-house operational test, an accident occurred where the base of the hose was damaged. It seems that the high viscosity of the fluid and the corresponding pressure were the causes of the damage. While searching for a replacement for the damaged hose, attention was drawn to the sanitary swivel joint, and its adoption was considered. After confirming the product with a free sample, it was decided to adopt it for the prototype machine.
