Solving the labor shortage caused by parental leave with AI-OCR! From a small start to nationwide expansion.

We would like to introduce a case study of Mirai Kogyo Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells electrical equipment materials, water supply and drainage equipment materials, and gas equipment materials nationwide, that has implemented AI-OCR "DX Suite," RPA, and a fax order system. The challenge was how to overcome the temporary labor shortage caused by employees taking parental leave. After the introduction of our products, we combined three systems to reduce business hours by 50%. Although we had 11 people handling data entry, even with 4 of them currently on parental leave, we are still able to perform data entry tasks as before.
