We would like to introduce a case study of Sugiyohouen, a sixth-sector industrialization company that consistently manufactures and sells products such as honey, royal jelly, and propolis, as well as cosmetics, which has implemented "DX Suite." For each registration, two operators performed manual input twice, resulting in a total of two entries, and the increase in the number of stores led to an excessive amount of manual input work. After implementation, the number of operators was reduced, resulting in approximately six hours of time savings per day. Additionally, with the freed-up resources, a new analysis department was established.
