Torikeppusu Co., Ltd. will hold a seminar titled "Application of Motion and Sensory Modeling Techniques to User-Friendly Product Design" on March 8, 2023 (Wednesday) via Zoom. In this seminar, we will outline how humans generate physical movements and the mechanisms behind the perception of weight and motion sensations. We will explain ergonomic methods for quantitatively evaluating product usability and operability, and how to actively apply these evaluations in design. Additionally, we will present case studies on the application of these sensory and motion modeling techniques in product design, including their use in burden design and force feedback design.
