By enhancing the dimensional accuracy of engineering plastics through high-precision grinding, we contribute to weight reduction as an alternative to metal components. We handled everything from material procurement in-house. Our double-sided grinding and lapping technology does not use magnets for workpiece fixation; instead, it grinds and cuts by sandwiching the workpiece between upper and lower rotating grinding stones, allowing us to accommodate various materials such as non-magnetic materials and difficult-to-cut materials.
