Introducing automotive battery components that have been flat ground using double-sided grinding of ceramics. Through double-sided grinding, two surfaces with different areas are made flat. The flatness is within 5um, and the corresponding lot size is 8000 pcs/month. Our double-sided grinding and lapping technology does not use magnets for workpiece fixation; instead, it grinds and polishes the workpiece by sandwiching it between upper and lower rotating grinding wheels, allowing us to accommodate various materials such as non-magnetic materials and difficult-to-cut materials.
