Improving product damage in the label peeling process! A case where it became significantly easier compared to using a metal scraper.
We would like to introduce a case study of custom parts manufacturing for specific applications based on our VE proposal. Our customer was using a metal scraper for the "seal peeling process" in their manufacturing process, but they consulted us about the issue of scratching the product when applying strong pressure during the peeling. In response, we developed a custom "plastic scraper" considering the material of the customer's product and the strength required for seal peeling.
