The substrates we can handle include various materials such as films, metal foils, textile fabrics, and non-woven fabrics (paper). We offer a wide range of solutions, from standalone winding (unwinding) devices to those that include splicing, dancers, accumulators, feeds, and complete line setups. We can also support replacements for existing lines (including those from other manufacturers) and can integrate electrical controls as needed. *For lines from other manufacturers, cooperation from the existing manufacturer will be required. We have a coating and drying test machine, including a splicing device, in our clean room (Class 10,000), allowing us to conduct transportation tests with your substrates brought in.
