We would like to introduce a case study based on the concerns and requests of our customers. The request from Company S in Tokyo was to "heat the fine piping of the factory production line," and "since we want to efficiently warm the piping with a specification that allows for easy attachment and detachment, we would like a rubber heater with insulation to prevent heat loss." In response, we proposed an R-shaped type heater that can be bent to fit fine piping. Additionally, with a Velcro fastening specification, it can be easily attached and detached, and by integrating a silicone sponge, it became possible to efficiently warm the piping.
