ZENFormer is a digital servo press developed with the concept of achieving high precision comparable to that of machine tools. 【Common Features of the ZENFormer Series】 ■ Strong parallel control against eccentric loads By utilizing linear scales installed at all four corners of the slide, full closed-loop feedback control is implemented, allowing the slide to be kept parallel at all times. This enables high-precision processing even when eccentric loads occur. ■ Full power generation possible at any position during the stroke In conventional mechanical presses, the generated pressure varies depending on the stroke position, but with the ZENFormer, full power can be generated throughout the entire stroke. This allows for high-precision processing even in deep drawing applications. ■ Micron-level repeatability accuracy at the bottom dead center The variation in the bottom dead center position across all four axes is minimized through full closed-loop feedback control for each axis. Even during continuous operation, the variation in the bottom dead center position remains within ±1µm.
