"My WORKS" is a service that introduces individuals with disabilities and allows them to work in a satellite office with support staff while being directly employed.

The satellite office-type employment and retention support service for people with disabilities, "My WORKS," addresses the three major challenges of disability employment: "mismatched hiring," "uniform workplace environments," and "psychological burdens on both parties," and aims to achieve long-term stable employment. To realize a sustainable society through mutual complementarity, we provide a satellite office as one solution where working individuals with disabilities and the companies that employ them can receive specialized support in a safe and secure environment, allowing them to work in a way that is true to themselves. We have prepared an environment that is easy for people with disabilities to work in, both in terms of soft and hard aspects. On the soft side, dedicated supporters who assist individuals with disabilities are always present to provide operational support. On the hard side, the entire office is barrier-free, allowing individuals in wheelchairs to work comfortably.
