Relentless challenge to full-sphere printing! Printing mandalas from two directions for 360-degree printing!
Last time, we challenged printing 180° on a glass ball with a diameter of 40mm using pad printing, but the result was a frustrating "the limit is 160°." The printing team continued to adjust the plate, silicone pad, jig, and printing conditions from the previous test. As a result, we were finally able to print up to 180°. We have printed the same mandala from two directions, achieving a full 360-degree print. [Case Overview] ■ Printed Item: Glass Ball ■ Content: Challenge of printing on the entire surface of a sphere ■ Result: Successfully printed up to 180° - Achieved a full 360-degree print by printing from two directions *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
