By integrating this with the "inking and cleaning system" that allows for fully automatic inking and cleaning, the ink dispensing and cleaning processes are automated, leading to higher production efficiency and dramatically reducing the operator's workload. The system also includes a device called the "carbon doctor chamber," which scrapes off excess ink sent from the chamber body to the roll. Even after 10 years, it remains as good as new, and its ultra-lightweight design makes maintenance and cleaning tasks very easy.
