Rapid measurement of the emissivity of all types of surfaces.
● The emissivity is digitally displayed on the meter in steps of 0.01 from 0.01 to 1.00. ● Samples with a diameter of 60 mm or more can be measured. ● Measurements are taken in a short time (approximately 15 seconds). ● It is inexpensive and easy to operate. ■ Examples of Use Measurement of emissivity on the surface of concentrating collectors Evaluation of glass and coating materials Evaluation of reflectors for heating devices, etc. Measurement of emissivity of building materials and insulation materials Evaluation of newly developed paints Analysis of various high-temperature equipment ... Please use it for research in all fields related to heat.

basic information
■Measurement Principle The detector section of this device has a built-in heater. Additionally, the underside of the detector has a black painted area and an aluminum thin film area, and a differential thermocouple group (thermopile) is incorporated between these two areas. When the detector is placed on a sample set on a heat sink and current is passed through the heater, a constant heat flux is irradiated onto the sample. The re-radiation and reflection corresponding to the emissivity of the sample return to the detector, and by measuring their intensity with the differential thermocouple group, the emissivity can be determined.
