Characteristics of Nickel Plating 1. Glossy and semi-glossy nickel plating is possible. 2. Nickel plating with good ductility that is less likely to crack even when crimped is possible. 3. Nickel plating with solder wetting properties equivalent to zinc plating without flux is possible → Solderable nickel plating. 4. High-precision barrel plating is possible for products with shapes that are easy to bend or overlap → High-precision barrel plating. 5. Nickel plating with strong adhesion directly to aluminum materials is possible → Plating and surface treatment for aluminum. 6. Nickel plating of aluminum materials using barrel plating is possible → Barrel plating for aluminum. 7. Both jig use (static plating) and barrel plating (rotating plating) methods are possible.

Nickel plating refers to a type of plating that uses nickel, which is widely used in the plating industry due to its resistance to rust and good corrosion resistance. The appearance can be altered with additives to create bright nickel, semi-bright nickel, and matte nickel, and by layering nickel with different gloss levels, further corrosion resistance can be enhanced.
