Due to the occurrence of bridging, the customer implemented modifications to the hopper cone as a countermeasure. The original hopper had a gentle slope, and the diameter of the discharge section was small considering the size of the material. Even after the modifications, bridging still occurred, leading the customer to consult us. After discussing the contents and hopper conditions, we proposed a countermeasure using a blow disk and provided a loan unit.
