By processing it to a thicker film, it results in a coating without pinholes, making it suitable for applications that require corrosion resistance. 【What is PFA (Perfluoroalkoxyalkane Polymer)?】 PFA is an improved resin of PTFE, with the same continuous use temperature of 260°C. Its melting point is around 310°C, and it has a lower thermal melt viscosity than PTFE, allowing for a continuous film with fewer pinholes that could not be achieved with PTFE during coating. As a corrosion-resistant coating, it has the best performance among fluoropolymer coatings.
