Example: Nickel plating "Solderable Nickel Plating" with soldering strength equivalent to tin plating ■ Related to electronic components, Company N To solder printed circuit boards and components inside a zinc die-cast case, the company visited us due to cost reduction and whisker concerns regarding products with copper plating + nickel plating (for diffusion prevention) + tin plating specifications. We proposed our "Solderable Nickel Plating" for soldering, and after evaluation of the prototype, it led to mass production. This has resolved the issues of cost reduction and whisker concerns.
