The Polymetron 9610sc silica meter is an online measurement device that boasts a high market share for boiler water in power generation and electronics factories worldwide. It has reduced the frequency of reagent replacement by more than four times, and by using valves to prevent tube clogging, it has significantly decreased maintenance burdens. Additionally, it features an automatic calibration program that allows for stable long-term measurement of low-concentration silica, making it user-friendly for maintenance personnel. It consumes less reagent, thereby reducing running costs and waste liquid. It can measure low-concentration silica in boiler water with high precision and can handle up to six flow paths. Installation is done via panel mounting with reagent supply from a built-in compressor, eliminating the need for external compressed air, which also reduces installation costs.
