Our Thai factory (THAI SILVEC CO., LTD) has a dedicated anodizing line specifically for aluminum die casting. By understanding the characteristics of aluminum die casting and designing processes tailored to specific purposes on this dedicated anodizing line, we can achieve high-quality anodizing treatment for aluminum die castings. In particular, anodizing die cast materials such as ADC12, which typically contains 1.5 to 3.5% copper (Cu) and 9.6 to 12% silicon (Si), is generally considered difficult. However, we are mass-producing these materials on our highly productive dedicated line.

About HiC Anodize (High Corrosion-Resistant Anodizing / ADC12 Material) ■ Achieved JIS salt spray test rating number (RN) 9.5 for a film thickness of 5μm over 240 hours ■ Compliant with RoHS directive ■ Capable of supporting from prototyping to mass production ■ Good adhesion with the coating When a standard anodizing treatment is applied to aluminum die-cast ADC12 material, products with a film thickness of 5μm show white rust after about 48 hours in the JIS salt spray test.
