The "SHARP SAW DMX" is a solid carbide metal saw designed for difficult-to-cut materials. It features a high-hardness coating that provides excellent heat resistance and adhesion, achieving a long lifespan, and offers 2.5 to 3 times the wear resistance compared to uncoated tools when processing SUS304. Additionally, by adopting an arc relief angle on the outer circumference and appropriate cutting edge specifications, it minimizes vibration and burr generation, enabling stable machining.
