The collimated light is approximately 3mm! In addition to the proposed specifications, it will be introduced with a heat sink and collimation lens.
We would like to introduce a case study of an independent administrative agency that has implemented nanoplus's "DFB Laser." The customer was considering using it for a "methane gas (CH4) sensor," with an output of "around 10 to 50 mW," and wanted to achieve a minimum spot size at about 10 meters through collimation. In response, nanoplus proposed specifications that included specifying the wavelength at 3345 nm, adding a TEC and NTC to a TO66 housing as an option, and applying AR coating (anti-reflective coating). As a result, in addition to the proposed specifications, they also incorporated a heat sink and collimation lens. 【Proposal Details】 ■ Wavelength: Specified at 3345 nm (selected in 0.1 nm steps) ■ Output: 15 mW ■ Optionally, a TEC and NTC added to a TO66 housing with AR coating ■ Frequency variable: (normal) 10 kHz, capable of several tens of kHz ■ Divergence angle Slow Axis: 35–50° / Fast Axis: 55–70° (FWHM) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
