This is a gluten washing machine used to extract and measure the wet gluten content and quality of wheat flour.
The automatic 2-chamber system can prepare two gluten samples simultaneously. To accurately measure the amount of wet gluten in the samples, the device's kneading time can be adjusted from 5 seconds to 75 seconds, and the washing time can be adjusted from 1 minute to 15 minutes. For a 10g sample, the test can be completed in about 10 minutes, allowing for rapid analysis. This product complies with AACC 38-52, ICC 155, 158, and 137/1 standards. It features a highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel casing. The pump rotation speed can be adjusted, and the magnetic sensor can be stopped.
