Limited-time offer: Free demo version (download version) available! No expiration date. You can try out the same features as the full version, except for the element count limit.
The electromagnetic field analysis software 'PHOTO-Series' is a simulation tool that can visualize magnetic field distributions and eddy current density distributions. Based on the governing equations of electromagnetic phenomena, the "Maxwell equations," it visualizes the strength and direction of electromagnetic fields. It can cover a wide range of areas, from low-frequency electric field analysis to high-frequency electromagnetic field analysis such as radio waves. One of the non-destructive testing methods for detecting defects, the eddy current deep flaw method, is also a subject of analysis. ★ We will conduct a demo version giveaway campaign. <Campaign Period> November 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to January 31, 2024 (Wednesday) <Demo Version Overview> ◎ You can try the program without any time restrictions. ◎ All functions except for the number of elements (or nodes) limitations are the same as the product version. <Target Audience> ◎ Those considering purchasing the product. ◎ Those who want to actually experience what the software is like. ◎ Those who want to confirm the operational feel or practice operations. This is a campaign that has been conducted in the past and received positive feedback. If you are interested, please contact us via the "Contact Us" button below.

basic information
【PHOTO-Series Ver9.5 Main Version Upgrade Contents】 ■ Added calculation functionality for EDDYjω that considers displacement current. Additionally, included the effect of magnetic flux density in impedance calculations. ■ In the 2D analysis of MAG/EDDY/MOTION, added a constraint condition that the sum of currents flowing in the specified conductor region equals zero. ■ In MAG/EDDY/MOTION and EDDYjω, added functionality to output magnetic flux density calculated from external fields based on magnetization or current of other elements using nodal elements. (In MAG/EDDY/MOTION, output in CSV format is also possible.) ■ Added features in MAGTZ for electromagnetic force calculations, creating nodes and nodal elements from coordinate data, solving inverse problems related to current when only line currents are present, and the ability to split selected elements. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

At Photon, we are developing "electromagnetic field analysis software" that models and simulates products and components utilizing electromagnetic phenomena on a computer. In traditional design and development environments, the process has primarily revolved around trial and error through prototyping based on the experience of engineers and experiments with prototypes. However, conducting experiments using actual prototypes and analyzing the results requires significant time and cost. Moving forward, transitioning from an experimental and prototyping-based approach to an analysis-based design approach will be a crucial challenge for improving productivity, and establishing simulation technology as the core of analysis-based design techniques will be essential. In this context, Photon is developing and providing "analysis software" focusing on electromagnetic fields, as well as heat, vibration, and sound fields. By utilizing Photon's software, efficient development and design of various industrial products can be achieved. In this way, Photon aims to support users in reducing the number of prototypes, lowering development costs, and shortening development periods in their manufacturing environments, ultimately enhancing their competitiveness.
