From November 1, 2018 (Thursday) to January 31, 2019 (Thursday), we will be running a free campaign for the demo version of the electromagnetic field analysis software "PHOTO-Series," which can visualize magnetic field distribution and eddy current density distribution. The demo version has no time limit for trying out the program, and all features, except for the number of elements (or nodes), are the same as the full version. One of the non-destructive testing methods for detecting defects, the eddy current deep flaw method, is also included in the analysis targets. By changing the arrangement of the inspection target and coil, it is possible to understand the situation in advance through analysis. Additionally, current sensors and capacitance sensors, which are widely used as non-contact sensors, are also included in the analysis targets, allowing you to utilize simulations of sensors that leverage electromagnetic phenomena.
