"VC-1FG" is a sulfonium salt type photoacid generator with high sensitivity to i-line. It is a grade designed for transparent applications, suppressing the absorption of visible light (g-line, h-line) and exhibiting significant absorption only at the i-line. By using a special anion, it has an acid strength equivalent to that of HSbF6 anion products, despite being non-Sb based, and demonstrates high cationic polymerizability.
