Surface treatment with excellent plasma resistance, heat resistance, and electrical insulation.
PBI coating - PI coating
It lasts long without wearing out from friction heat, and the coating effect continues!
PBI (Polybenzimidazole) and PI (Polyimide) possess the highest heat resistance among super engineering plastics, and they are also ultra-super engineering plastics with excellent electrical insulation properties. At Yoshida SKT, we have developed a technology to apply PBI and PI, which have traditionally been used as plastic molded products, as coatings on metal products and other surfaces. This coating process allows us to enjoy the excellent functions and properties of super engineering plastics while also gaining advantages in terms of cost and durability that molded products do not offer. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or contact us directly.
