Digital Metal has developed a control platform that promotes the automation of 3D printing by leveraging its own experience.
The DMS-LNX1.0 control panel interface was co-developed with Siemens, a development partner for Digital Metal's factory automation. Having handled over a million 3D printed products, Digital Metal recognized early on that the key to industrializing 3D printing lies in the automation of the entire process. As a total system supplier, Digital Metal aims to maximize the potential of binder jetting as an established technology for industrialization and mass production. With the announcement of two new devices, the automatic de-powdering system DPS1000 and the closed powder handling system PPS1000, along with DMS-LNX 1.0, Digital Metal is progressing towards its goal of automated production. Key features of DMS-LNX 1.0: ◆ Monitoring of ongoing printing processes ◆ Ability to receive alerts from the equipment For more details about DMS-LNX 1.0, please contact the following: Digital Metal Contact: Miyamoto masahiro.miyamoto@hoganas.com
