We share processing know-how with them, allowing us to provide processing with the same quality. Additionally, for deep holes such as cooling holes, we will cooperate with a manufacturer that specializes in gun drilling. CASE 2: I want to order 6,000 pieces per month for welding preparation processing of small parts. → There are many processing manufacturers nearby that specialize in multi-lot products. Depending on the processing requirements, we can create jigs in-house, but we will collaborate with multiple manufacturers based on size and shape. It is also possible to inspect the first products from each manufacturer and obtain quality approval and confirmation.
