【Usage Examples】 CASE 1: I want to place a one-stop order for mold parts grouped by type. → We will collaborate with specialized processing manufacturers nearby that focus on small and medium-sized parts. We share processing know-how with them, allowing us to provide processing with the same quality. Additionally, for deep holes such as cooling holes, we will cooperate with a manufacturer that specializes in gun drilling. CASE 2: I want to order 6,000 pieces per month for welding preparation processing of small parts. → There are many processing manufacturers nearby that specialize in multi-lot products. Depending on the processing requirements, we can create jigs in-house, but we will collaborate with multiple manufacturers based on size and shape. It is also possible to inspect the first products from each manufacturer and obtain quality approval and confirmation. CASE 3: I want to place a bulk order for equipment parts. → Since the materials for each part vary and there are many parts that require surface treatment and painting, managing everything until completion can be very challenging.
