It is possible to create fine and high-precision shapes! The thickness of each layer can be finely adjusted from 0.05 to 0.12 mm.
We will introduce the production process of a large top-down photopolymerization machine, from data preparation using our slicer software "VoxelDance Additive," which we actually use and sell, to modeling and post-processing with the 3D printer "ZRapid iSLA By Bfull." The design utilizes "Ultra Fine Support," which minimizes the risk of modeling failure and post-processing to the utmost limit. The materials for this 3D printer maintain strength compatible with tapping and helicoils. [If you want to know everything about photopolymerization, please feel free to visit our factory!] By visiting Bfull's factory, you can fully experience the techniques of photopolymerization professionals. You will not only learn about the 3D printer equipment but also experience firsthand the techniques of the slicer software that are key to modeling success rates and precision, as well as the secrets of the post-processing stage. basic information
【Production Process】 (1) Data Preparation and Support Design - Edit data by correcting errors, splitting, and structuring the lattice. - Design supports considering the risk of printing failures and the need for high-precision printing. (2) Printing - Place liquid resin material, which hardens under ultraviolet light, into the tank. - Shine a UV laser from above onto the liquid surface to cure the first layer. - Complete the printed parts by stacking multiple layers. (3) Removal - After printing is complete, remove the printed parts using a scraper. (4) Cleaning - We use ethanol, and can provide cleaning agents that are not subject to fire regulations upon customer request. - This process softens the supports. (5) Support Removal - The slicer software allows minimizing the contact points between supports and parts. - Choosing the right printer and slicer software can significantly reduce the time in subsequent processes. - After removing the supports, allow the parts to air dry. (6) Polishing - Very fine support marks remain at the contact points, so polishing may be done as needed using sandpaper or similar tools. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

A professional company specializing in photopolymerization with over 10 years of experience in 3D printing. From the user's perspective, we have introduced over 400 units of 40 different models of 3D printers, many of which have a history of failures. However, we now have 22 of the largest industrial photopolymerization 3D printers in Japan. The number of parts manufactured annually through additive manufacturing reaches 1.5 million. Since 2020, we have started a contract manufacturing service for industrial applications, with over 1,000 client companies. In 2022, we began domestic sales of the iSLA series after being recognized by ZRapid for our operational track record and expertise. Within just one year of starting sales, we have accumulated numerous implementations in major manufacturing industries, including domestic automobile manufacturers. "Reliable capital investment" × "Bfull's technology" = "Guaranteed results."
