To implement IIoT technology in a solar farm, first, an IIoT gateway is needed to collect Modbus data and send it to a cloud-based energy management system. Additionally, it requires the capability to support Modbus TCP server mode, which allows data to be sent simultaneously to both local and cloud-based systems.
