Correction of floor subsidence and tilt due to earthquakes and ground subsidence in a short construction period: Upcon method.
Upcon method (floor slab settlement correction method)
Quickly correct the sinking of concrete floors with rigid polyurethane resin without stopping operations or business【Factory, warehouse, store, residential, etc.】【Case studies available】
The "Upcon Method" is a concrete floor slab sinking correction method that quickly adjusts floor tilts, steps, and voids caused by earthquakes or ground subsidence using rigid polyurethane resin. It does not require the dismantling of existing floors, nor does it necessitate the movement of machinery or products, allowing for corrections to be made without stopping operations or business. In addition to correcting sinking and filling voids in concrete floors of factories, warehouses, stores, and slab foundation houses, the "Upcon Method" is widely adopted for correcting steps and fluctuations in concrete pavement slabs for roads and port facilities. 【Features of the Upcon Method】 ■ Short construction period Reduces construction time to about 1/10 of conventional concrete replacement methods. ■ No interruption of operations or business Since there is no need to move machinery or goods, construction can be carried out without stopping production lines or business operations. ■ Comprehensive high technical capability Construction is performed by 100% in-house technical staff who have received specialized training. The floor level is managed to the millimeter, providing a high-precision finish. ■ Compact construction system Construction can be carried out using a truck equipped with all necessary materials and equipment, eliminating the need for large plant installation or removal. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials (catalogs, case studies) or contact us.

basic information
■ What is the Upcon Method? For existing concrete floors and concrete pavement slabs that have experienced sinking, unevenness, tilting, voids, or gaps, small holes with a diameter of 16mm are drilled. While continuously monitoring the floor level in millimeter increments, polyurethane resin is injected. The resin injected beneath the floor or slab expands rapidly under pressure, compacting and strengthening the ground, improving bearing capacity, and correcting the concrete floor or pavement slab by pushing it upward from below. Additionally, even if there are voids or gaps beneath the floor or slab, polyurethane resin is filled without any gaps using the same method. We provide total support nationwide, including on-site surveys, repair planning, and construction, all handled responsibly by our in-house staff. Our specialized and experienced technical employees propose repair plans tailored to the customer's site.
