Achieving mass production laser welding processing of functional resins and resin parts! We propose industry-leading processing speeds with integrated control of laser and pressure.
The "Galweld Type M" is a galvanoscanning laser welding device that meets industry-standard safety regulations while achieving high productivity and accuracy. With the integrated control of a "high-quality fiber laser welding machine" and precise "pressing force" via servo, it can handle the welding of functional resins and resin parts in a mass production format. All settings and operations can be completed through the main unit's touch panel, enabling self-process assurance of product quality through laser power, pressing force, and sinking amount, as well as automation after work set. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with a galvanoscopic laser, capable of resin welding ■ Automatic operation mode with individual/automatic operation switching ■ In-machine camera for monitoring inside the device ■ Adjustable holding time after laser welding ■ Console-less laser operation possible with a single screen *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company is based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, and is a device manufacturer that produces production equipment and processing machines primarily for the automotive industry, as well as for the electrical and medical industries. We have been engaged in laser plastic welding since early on and currently have many implementation achievements both domestically and internationally. We not only handle standalone laser welding machines but also work on inline integration and the production of a series of mass production lines, providing laser plastic welding solutions based on our track record. The name "Hiroshima" comes from the founder's origin in Hiroshima. As we transitioned from an electrical construction business to a device equipment manufacturer, the company name changed from Hiroshima Electric Construction to simply Hiroshima.
