We have approximately 40 customers for contract processing, and we possess the know-how to consistently reproduce our customers' processing conditions. Therefore, we can accommodate small lot processing using double-sided grinding machines and centerless grinding machines, which are generally considered suitable for mass production. In particular, double-sided grinding accounts for 50% of our processing, and we perform several setup changes throughout the day. By utilizing highly productive mass production machines such as double-sided grinding machines, we can achieve a reduction in processing time.
