MQL is an environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and economical technology that uses a small amount of oil for cutting operations. It is widely applicable to workpieces made of alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, and resins. Replacing water-soluble/oil-based coolants offers benefits such as energy savings and simplified management. Additionally, compared to dry machining, it provides advantages like improved machining accuracy and surface finish, as well as extended tool life.
