The "RXB" is an NC high-pressure cleaning machine capable of precision cleaning small parts and components with short cycle times. With a 2 to 8 index system, it allows for the use of high-pressure cleaning, overall cleaning, and air blowing at each station. High-pressure rotary insertion cleaning is also possible for the interiors of holes and blind holes in the workpieces. By processing 2 to 8 pieces simultaneously, even shorter cleaning cycle times can be achieved. Examples of target workpieces include injector-related components and other precision small parts.
