"KTZ" is a dual-sided inspection rewinder that allows heavy raw materials to be mounted directly from a cart, reducing equipment costs within the factory. It inspects both sides simultaneously using an image processing inspection device. Defects on the backside are automatically sent to a visual inspection panel within the arch, while defects on the front side are sent to a winding visual inspection panel, where the process stops. The types of inspection machines and special conditions can also be accommodated as options, and we propose appropriate work procedures to prevent the occurrence of uninspected areas during the inspection process.
